  The late fee was charged as car was not returned by 9:24 which once again was not explained by rep, there was 4 of us sitting in at the booking and none of us heard them say this. When questioned about this the rep said they had told us about the time deadline as it was part of his job role, this was not the case.

  Very poor, charged $31.25 for nothing. Something about second driver. Was not informed of this when hiring car.

  Asked for car to be hired over 8 days, this was not the case the representative of the company had only put it through for 7days hire and then when we returned it on the eighth day which we thought was correct they charged us $48 dollars for late return. No-one from the company called to say that we were late in returning it according to their paperwork.
