  The web site is extremely misleading. It offers free delivery for a tonne or more wood in the Adelaide hills region but they will only honor this if you order online. This is not stated anywhere. Furthermore, the site is poorly designed as you can not order in half increments, only full tonnes. Upon ordering 1 1/2 tonnes of wood over the phone I was charged $35 delivery. When I called up to query this I spoke to Karen. She was by far the rudest sales assistant I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Will be going to Meadows in the future where the firewood and delivery is cheaper and the staff are polite.

  Terrible, terrible experience. I will not shop here again. There were so many issues I don't know where to begin with this rating. It was undoubtedly the most difficult, least satisfying purchase experience I have had.

  Absolutely appalling to deal with, they sell unseasoned wood and refuse to discuss it when you ring them. In fact Karen slams the phone down on you. Karen is an absolute shrew and needs to go back to customer service school. Would never use this business again, and would never recommend them. Plenty of other businesses in the area selling the exact same thing.

  An absolutely terrible experience with this business. The problems began at the start, when they could not get their quotes correct. The problems continued when their installers refused to mount the stove to its bench or the floor, and filled the mounting holes with silicon (as if that would hold it). No warranty documents were provided with the stove, and when a warranty problem arose they tried to blame us for their faulty product. Eventually, after much wrangling, they agreed to replace the stove, although we had to wait over three months. Despite following up on many occasions we still have no warranty information regarding the stove or any response on when this will be provided. They seem to think that ignoring us will make the problem go away. Karen is impossible to communicate with, rarely responds to emails, and is constantly making false statements. One of the most frustrating retailers I have ever had to deal with!

  Fantastic business. Always get my firewood supplies from here and also new wood heater. Surprised to see negative reviews.
