  I love spolight the store.. however iv recently found the mount barker location (use to go in the city) and havent been in much maybe 5 or 6 times and everytime with out fail iv been spoken to in a rude manner, one lady wouldnt even give me the time of day i was waiting at the desk for my matiral to be cut.. i hadnt said anything i was just waiting i understand they need so see you to come serve .. and a lady yelled "you have to wait im busy" i smailed said no worries 15mins later still standing there she makes her way over and stops to have a chat to a college and a new dog she may get... � took me over 30mins to get out that day i never had a sorry for the wait.. or a please or a thankyou once i paid.

  At Spotlight, Mt Barker again today, buying fabric. Why do they employ people who can't count, can't add up, can't measure and can't see colours in a job where they need to be able to do all four?

  I was served by a rude and condescending lady at the measuring counter. She seemed more interested in telling me what she knew and bossing me around than serving me! Luckily for them there have no competitors in this area, but I will be looking online first, in future.

  the girls iv interacted with 'on the floor' have been helpful especially when i was looking for a part for my machine. Otherwise i genrally dis like going to this store and really would rather drive another 45mins to go to another location with better service.
