  I have recently moved to the area since having my first child which i have vaccinated at your clinic. All of which were done by the lovely Kaylene. Not only did Kaylene make the visits as neutering as possible but also gave me the reassurance i needed as a first time mother seeing my child screaming in pain. On my third visit we discovered that my daughter has a slight eye issue and Kaylene has gone completely above and beyond in contacting specialist on my behalf and informing me on every conversation had regarding my daughter. She has spent time following up on appointments for my daughter and made the whole process easy and understandable while at the same time doing it with such care and passion.

  I cannot say how grateful i am to have had such a caring person look out for us and hope management realise what a valuable staff member they have in Kaylene.
