  Great store, large range of products, nice and new. Customer service good but car parking a nightmare! Seriously, allow at least five minutes or more to find a spot, and sometimes be prepared to give up completely!

  Great range for a regional store, but not enough seeing that Mount Barker is now suburbia. The store needs a makeover to make it more bright and inviting and a bigger range of food. Fresh produce also needs to be checked, because I have found sometimes, not all it's not the best or has gone off completely and not been removed.

  Went to buy some roma tomatoes had fruit and veg person in same spot doing stuff found every tomatoe was going off had black spots appearing on them so they had all been turned over so you couldent see that on them and they where going soft well done coles

  Shopping experience good as have products I use, though specials don't seem to compare with Woolworths and I'm not a fan. Self service checkouts are a night mare, constantly being told to remove last item from bag and have to scan each item separately and place in bag before scanning the next VERY FRUSTRATING.

  Disgusted by the service given by a girl in the bakery. Brought a cob loaf Friday night at 5pm and asked for it to be sliced. Got it out today (Saturday) to make lunch for guests and guess what - the cob was that badly sliced it had huge holes in the middle and what was not holes was scrunched up and unusable. Not able to provide lunch to my guests - and we live 20+ km from the nearest shops - this girl obviously knew there was a problem as she asked me to pass her another plastic bag as she had a problem getting it in the bag - Really angry at such poor service. And what is annoying I have been telling everyone what nice bread Coles has and had promised my guests a sandwich treat.
