    absolutely horrendous service. staff have no idea how to treat people. After putting up with the bad service and thinking...it has to get better...driving to mt barker only to be told that I could not do my banking because the door wasn't open enough and then not even being able to leave a cheque to be deposited was the last straw. being told to come back later is simply not good enough. think people!!! you advertise service but it doesn't exist.

    omg I visited on that same day and received the same response! Just come back because of course I have nothing better to do! I banked my cheque somewhere else and just gave up trying to deposit into my police credit union account. think I may as well cancel the account if this service continues!
