  Good selection of vinyl tiles but tile layer arrived without a bucket for floor prep so we leant him one. Then he returned the next day without enough glue to finish the job. Unprofessional installation. Good shop service.

  I, personally, have had no "installation" issues, but I can't imagine how there would be any problem that couldn't be sorted with the appropriate communication. Dave, the carpet layer we had, was one of the assistant's husband, for goodness sake! I don't imagine there are too many flooring retailers anywhere that could boast that sort of involvement or investment towards happy customers.

  Danni is correct, a bucket was borrowed (which was cleaned and returned) an I did run out of glue.

  Just loved the argument between the owner & layer about having to move the fridge(that I paid extra $ to have moved) then an angry rush job done due to the layer being double booked and having 1/2 a unit to get done at another location the same day

  Absolutely first-rate service from everyone there! I have had flooring supplied and installed whilst I lived in the Adelaide Hills and, even now that I am interstate, I still contact them for their advice regarding flooring products and installation (which is why I am posting this review now).

  I never want to steal anyone's limelight so when people look at my lounge room carpet and see the rippling,the fact the carpet has moved away from the door trims & the skirtings and they laugh and then say omg did you lay your own carpets I make sure I let them know "No I paid for this... it was laid by Carpet Burners" then I take them into the kitchen to show them the vinyl lifted from the edges and say "Look they laid this too"

  I emailed & called several times including the day after it was done... was told the layer would come back out... never happened
